My name is Teresa Ace. I am the President and CEO of Howlin’
Hounds Gourmet Dog Bakery. I have a B.S. degree in home economics with
an emphasis in nutrition and an honorary Culinary degree from Johnson and
Wales University. I am a certified chef and a certified ServSafe manager.
For many years I have been cooking and preparing healthy meals and
snacks for my own dogs. My dog,
Jaxx, is the official taste tester. He and I
critique each treat for taste and quality. Into each recipe goes my knowledge
of the culinary and pastry arts as well as my knowledge of nutrition and
sanitation. I pride myself in having very different, creative and unique treats.
